The plan is to meet every Tuesday morning (7:00 a.m.) at Oklahoma Christian University for a workout. At OC, we will meet either by soccer field parking lot or at times west of campus by the pond.
Every Friday morning (7:00 a.m.) at Lake Hefner for a long run. Meet up at Louie’s parking lot. The week of June 29th-July 5th, we will not meet due to a running camp I am co-counselor at a running camp in Texas and to 4th of July holiday.
Oklahoma Project uses an app called Final Surge. This is an app for athletes to see their runs/workouts, paces, stretches, and notes from Coach Chavez. As athletes upload their runs through the app (connecting to their Garmin/Coros/Strava) they will always receive a message from Coach Chavez commenting on their run/workout/long run.
Summer training will be $125 a month, which gives each athlete a personalized running plan, unlimited access to communicate with Coach Chavez, Final Surge, shoe recommendations, possible shoe tech reps with demos, and snacks/drinks.
